Claudio starts to fall in love with Hero and later agree with marriage, whilst this is agreed Beatrice and Benedick hate love and like to be engaged in comic banter. Drama in the dale outdoor performance- Louise Strike (Beatrice)

2022, Drama in the dales returned to the location Hare hope Quarry to perform a promenade performance. I was introduced to Drama in the Dales through a friend from 6th form. At first, I had the role of Margret with only a couple lines to learn, rehearsals were during the summer holidays. Sadly, the Main character Beatrice dropped out of the performance, in which I stepped up to the role from Margret, this involved learning many more lines and many scenes to be performed in 4 weeks’ time. We had around 5 evening performances in which this was an outdoor promenade performance in the dales. Learning a Shakespeare written script was difficult to learn, but through loads of rehearsing, this was succeeded.
